Tours of this building are worth doing. Lots of very interesting displays inside about the state of the world's environment (mostly relating to buildings of course) and how the building has been architecturally green designed. The incredible thing is that this building does not cost more than a conventional building and it's running costs are lower.

My girlfriend and I spent 3 hours here, although most people would probably spend an hour.

The entrance gate is quite impressive and different from most in Taiwan but once you go inside, there isn't anything to really see.

A hidden paradise behind the old walls, a good place for a time travel walk.
You get to experience the local cultural scene in this creative secret spot, you can see the old houses, cultural shops, and traditional vendors. A place that suitable for couple, family, or friends.

Slightly off the well trodden temple path in Tainan, this excellent complex has seen better days, but is more interesting because of it. It would be a shame in many ways if the decorators arrive and restore this temple as it's current slightly run down appearance makes it special. There are several shrines and unlike many in Tainan, there are no glass or barricades to stop you getting very close up to the relics. There are some highly unusual relics on site that you won't see anywhere else in Tainan, so it's definitely worth making the stop.
