    This building has a character. The front door and a lock on it is a masterpiece.

    The interior has been nicely renovated.

    At the time of our visit they had chair exposition which was not an ordinary one. It shoved a history of rocking chairs;

    They also promote and sell crafts from local artisans: paintings, napkins, coasters, placemats, postcards and handmade cards.

    The staff here is nice and friendly.

    This is a typical Christmas shop. I expected them to have a few more unique items. The castle was not open, and it looked like it was going to close permanently. (There was a for sale sign on that portion) The staff was very friendly. They did have a wide variety of items, but I was expecting a bigger collection of unique Canada items.

    The artist Joane Michaud greeted us as we walked in. She produces high quality stained glass of her own designs,, whether they be lamps, large and smaller hangings for windows, some glass fusion. She is very creative and her techniques are very fine, She is passionate about what she does and it shows.

    Some of the best curds we have had. Seemed particularly fresh and flavourful. They also have a good selection of local beer, wine and cider.

    As we made our way to Quebec for our first family Christmas trip, we kept seeing signs for "fromagerie" - my wife explained that they were places that made their own cheese. I love cheese so I immediately wanted to go!

    Cons on my end - I'm in Quebec - I speak English - I know no French - I don't know how to order cheese but I wanted to see a fromagerie!

    Pros - Fromagerie le Mouton Blanc was prepared for my kind - the gentlemen explained the process and the chesses. The store had an inviting atmosphere.

    It was the very best fromagerie experience and looking forward to visiting more!
