    A must stop location on the Trans Canada
    A nice surprise. We found this place by accident while driving from PEI to Quebec. What a great find. It offers a nice selection of cheese and wine. Perfect for a nice picnic. The cheeses were all excellent.

    Nice little spot!
    Great spot in La Pocatière. Very cool and little cheese factory. Nice selection of differents cheeses. The service was friendly. Love the place.

    Typical Christmas Shop
    This is a typical Christmas shop. I expected them to have a few more unique items. The castle was not open, and it looked like it was going to close permanently. (There was a for sale sign on that portion) The staff was very friendly. They did have a wide variety of items, but I was expecting a bigger collection of unique Canada items.

    Beautiful stained glass
    The artist Joane Michaud greeted us as we walked in. She produces high quality stained glass of her own designs,, whether they be lamps, large and smaller hangings for windows, some glass fusion. She is very creative and her techniques are very fine, She is passionate about what she does and it shows.

    Delicious ice cream
    We stopped by because the sign looked so inviting. The ice cream lived up to the promise. The chocolate-dip was very good and the Strawberry Sundae (local berries, tart and not too sweet) was excellent.
