All the equipment you need is there and the walk in prices are good at 200THB, even better value if you have longer and get a week or month pass.
They can make you protein shakes as well which is good for travellers who can't carry all the stuff around with them.
The owner Cliff is very approachable and will help you out with any queries you might have.

The gym has everything you need to keep yourself in shape 💯 dumbbells range from 2.5kg to 55kg. Bench press, smith machines and much more, impressive in comparison to many of the hotels in the area! Price is also an absolute bargain! Highly recommend 💯.
