    Perfect introduction to Muay Thai!
    We recently attended the beginner Muay Thai course, and it was an incredible experience! The trainers were not only skilled but also very informative, kind and patient, making sure we understood every technique and movement. The facilities were exciting, well-maintained, and provided an excellent environment for learning. The exercises were challenging yet enjoyable, and we learned so much throughout the course. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to start their Muay Thai journey!

    Koh Samui Site Seeing
    Good way to see the main sites in a short period. You get about 30 mins at each spot and for us that was enough. The waterfall is ok not great but the area around it was nice. The lookout that they stopped at for pics was good. Great value for money would recommend for those that only have a small amount of time and want to see the sites

    Great experience
    Amazing experience at the Punch it Gym.
    Ton was a great trainer.
    Also, I really liked the clothes shop and the coffe shop facing the training area.

    Unforgettable experience
    Unforgettable experience. Trained here for three weeks and am fascinated. Met very nice people from all levels and all around the world.
    The gym offers perfect packages for training, accomodation, etc.
    The staff is super nice and the trainers are well experienced and extremly friendly. They offer both, beginner and experienced martial artists opportunities to fight in Thailand.
    The Training is precisly organized and the gym is clean and offers everything you want and need to train. The healthy café offers delicious and healthy food. The customer service before, during and after the stay is just perfect. They really take care of you. I can highly recommend this gym and will come back for sure!

    Nice experience
    Nice trip. Friendly staff. Good lunch and amazing landscapes.
    The lady manager, “lady Gaga”, was the perfect mother of the expedition.

    A great experience
    I really enjoyed my week it at Puch It Gym, I participated in the afternoon adavanced class as well as having some private lesons as well. 

    The afternoon advanced class is a great way to get your fitness up starting with a run followed by maybe some skipping or shadow boxing, light sparring, pad / bag work and strength and conditioning at the end.

    The private lessons are a great way to brush up on your technique. The one on one focus with a trainer is really beneficial - a great place to start if you are a beginner too.

    The staff are awesome, friendly, helpful and encouraging. Whether you a begginer or more advanced Punch It Gym is the place to train in Samui
