Have written the above times / pride - as it maybe helpful to future passengers, we were by no means rushed, and the day was around our times, and we could have had less or longer in each place if needed/we wanted.
We did somehow manage to miss the market at the port, but there was plenty to do and view the new malls/had a drink around the harbour etc (you do need to negotiate if buying items - something I don’t like doing, but it was necessary)!
Lunch was in a clean, modern environment - based around fresh seafood with rice, chips and salad. There are meat options should you not like that.
The car we had was a Toyota Salon, clean and nicely cooled - a very hot and humid day, so that was great after walking around in the heat.
Handy to get yourself set up to be able to WhatsApp the driver, to allow flexibility/communication during the day - we did this.
We traveled as myself (29), my wife 23, my Mother (51) and Grandmother in law (79), good for all ages - perhaps not so much for little ones (may get bored) or those who struggle walking distances (Approx 4.6 miles - if the iwatch is too be believed).
Easy to book, and Ridwaan will contact you as soon as you book via WhatsApp, and is available throughout.
Very happy with the service, and our experience of the North of Mauritius.
