Great area for hanging out at night time, good local food and drinks. Many Vietnamese tourists visit & having food as well so I think it’s fine for a try. Walking distance, clean & pretty chill out at night time

We walked on Long beach from our place to down town in sunny afternoon. Place of some resorts, sometimes past resorts, sometimes just pile of rubbish but piece is nature. Public beaches and private one as you pass by. Many places for massage

There were many restaurants serving fresh seafood on stilts. Our seafood lunch of fish, shrimp were included in a tour. It is a nice place to eat and relax. However, after lunch, when I strolled along the beach, I was bitten by sandflies.

This is the island capital market, live day and night. You can buy groceries, smoothies, fruits, nuts, coffee, street food,....you name it.
Besides that there're many souvenir stalls with tourist trinkets, fake clothes, bags, sneakers,... Haggling is a must.

Recommend arriving early before the heat of the day and crowds. We arrived around 9am. The grounds, statues and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. A short walk along a rock paved path (uneven) leads past many rock pools to a small waterfall which is nice for a photo and quick swim to cool down. There's a store where you can buy drinks. I noticed local families enjoying a picnic there. Nice for something different to do.

Small beach near the night market & temple on the rocks where lots of local people came for workship for their marine fishing life. Great places if you going with some locals or tour guides

... if I wasn't at a place I will be. Because it was deafeningly quiet, and it was like I had the whole place to my crowded self. It is so precisely imperfect here too. Four times four joss sticks once each times 4 for Michael and Paula and Doris and Stan. I just thought of Oreo ... 🐕

The place is small and you will probably finish seeing in 10 minutes. However the sculptured wall murals are fantastic and you will get a good view of the boats by the coast.

It's now 50,000 dong. Friendly lady greeted us and showed us the tour route, telling us that the museum has 5 levels. Glass display cases are still dusty, as mentioned by the other reviewers. Nice view from the rooftop. We were the only visitors at around 2pm.

This is a traditional morning market. We came here every morning to buy our fruits like pineapples, mangoes, sour sop etc. You find plenty of fresh seafood, many alive and all kinds of shell fish, crabs etc. Meat is also plentiful and there are nearby eateries. Very crowded place next to the river and locals move slowly on their motorbikes. Noisy place with plenty of locals, but interesting.
