    A perfect place to learn to surf
    This was such a fantastic beginner surf lesson. Belmiro was keen to get me in the water as quick as possible (very much appreciated) and we stayed for ages making the most of the waves. He provided feedback in a calm and clear way and made me feel confident in the water, focusing on getting the basics right while still allowing for progress. We went to Machico for the lesson and it is such a glorious place to learn with the mountains surrounding this pretty bay. I really recommend booking with Salty surf school early to make sure you can get yourself out on the waves with Belmiro’s easygoing guidance!
