This is a short but steep walk to the summit of Mount Coolum, which is strenuous, but well written the effort.
The hike up is quite steep at points but as long as you've got at reasonable fitness level you will be fine!

Great excercise, challenging at times but more than rewarding getting close to the waterfall and climbing the riverbank, then the ease of walking along the boardwalk through the rainforest.
The park is lovely & has some really nice features; but it’s the waterfall at the bottom that is the best aspect of this park it’s amazing & definitely worth the walk.

Easy to park near the high school and an easy 15 minute walk to the top where you’ll see the same view as mt Coolum, only a much easi er climb.

The different zones have heaps of amazing underwater life and it was a thrill to see the different species swimming above our heads and alongside our walk along the underwater tunnel.
Great value for money and a perfect way to entertain kids for hours - or the adult kids :) Recommend highly to put on your places to visit on the sunshine coast.
