I really recommend this school as it is becoming a landmark in central Bologna where you can combine learning Italian with great professors with enjoying the Italian lifestyle at its best.
After a pretty intense search through language learning sites in southern Italy (we really wanted some warm weather!), we gave up the search, packed some sweaters and headed north all because of this school.

Make sure you walk all around the rooms you can go it and peek through any windows you see...otherwise you might miss a gorgeous view.

... San Lorenzo , we sat and took a breather and took in the workmanship of this splendid church , the view up here is amazing worth the climb and they do have a toilet up here and a vending machine to get a drink
The first day was a beautifully sunny day and the views back on to the city centre were lovely whilst also seeing the rolling hills around.

Clean and colorful with a wealth of sights and smells coupled with fantastic people watching.
We preferred the sights of Ravenna but the streets of Bologna, and this quarter is the nicest part of that.

The view from the top is fantastic and makes for wonderful photos, also great to see all the terracotta roof tiles that contribute to the distinctive red of the city.. Well worth the climb.
If you've got a head for heights, this is worth the money and exercise, to see the city of Bologna from high! Nice weather will give you stretching views over the hills outside of the city, although we visited in...
