    A good shopping mall!
    A large shopping mall with many of the famous brands available. Liked the food court where I could find a variety of food choices. The usual supermarkets can also be found in this mall.

    Hand-made arts and crafts are worth a look
    This market has an attractive range of arts and crafts, mostly hand made by local artisans. The array of arts and craftworks is gratifying. It's easy to pick something to take home, browsers are welcome. Canning Bridge Art Markets can be found on the Fremantle side of Canning Bridge.

    Former psychiatic facility now an artistic hot-spot
    Heathcote was once a psychiatric facility for the South of Perth area. It is now an artstic centre. It has workshops and the gallery often has interesting traveling exhibitions. Heathcote has some of the best riveer views in Perth.

    Take a trip up the hill
    Wireless Hill was once a major telecommunications facility; once it no longer served that function, it became o nature park. Because it had been undesturbed for so many years, it has much native vegetation and wildlife. The Farmers Market aims to bring produce direct from the farm to the consumer. You can access Telefunken Drive from Canning Highway, the Wireless Hill turn is clearly marked.
