Our driver and guide Ahamed was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to inform us about Japanese culture, introduce us to extra sights and destinations, and was very patient and accommodating to our group, which consisted of my elderly mother and young daughter. Highly recommended!

This was an AMAZING experience!!!! Driving down the street in go karts while all the people look and stare at you and gawk. Uzi is an awesome guide. He took a lot of awesome pictures of all 5 of us. He had us rotate positions to make sure everyone got pics in the front of the pack. There were sooooo many people waving at us and taking pictures of us as we drove by. All the kids got excited and waved and pointed at us to there parents as if to say "I want to do that". Uzi made sure to go slow through areas of interest so we could stop at the red lights and take lots of pictures ourselves. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour during the day and especially at night when the city is all lit up. Thanks again for EVERYTHING Uzi!!!!!!!!!!!

Communication could have been better - I had to initiate/engage for more info both times: once after I booked and a couple of days before the actual tour day (e.g. confirmation, itinerary). More pre-emptive contact would have been nice.

Day of was fine. I received whatsapp messages from the guide for figuring out a meetup location. Guide was helpful with loading our bags. We requested pickup from Yokohama port, a tour of Tokyo, and then drop off at Haneda airport which all worked out well. Due to traffic, we were only able to see 3 sites (spent about an hour at each) but that's not the fault of the tour.

Nikko world heritage is not very known by tourists and also therefore we were just small minibus with 7 people. Unfortunately on our way to Nikko there was a traffic jam which shortened a bit time on each location. The tour was well organized and our English speaking guide (lady) was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately as she did not have a microphone - when traffic around was loud, we could not hear her properly. Our 1st and most important stop was Nikko Toshogu Shrine which is complex of several temples, pagoda etc. which are registered in Unesco. You could spend hours here. Beautifully carved wooden temples. As there are many stairs - this place is adventurous for people with walking difficulties. Then we stopped at Kegon Falls - which is 100 meter high waterfall (I recommend also to take also a lift down to the bottom of the fall). Then we stopped at lake Chuzengi which mountain lake and to it we took 24 curves road. As we had only half hour at the lake - we just had short walk - as it was not able to take a boat. Several people including me had lunch option which was vegetarian lunch - it was ok, but nothing special. Overall it was nice trip and Nikko Toshogu shrine is really worth to visit.

We had a great time using The Tokyo Pass because it provided access to over 50 popular cultural sites, including the Tokyo National Museum. One spot that really stood out was the Fukagawa Edo Museum. We stopped by on our way to Kiyosumi Teien Garden and it felt like we had stepped back in time to old Japan. Very detailed immersion experience in Fukagawa area during the Edo period.

We highly recommend using The Tokyo Pass. The customer service was excellent, it was easy to download and use, and the instructions were straightforward.

Hi. So, in a short way, it was awesome!
I don't know why there is no review, because guys make tours every week. You can check it on their Instagram.
The organization of yours was great, one car in front, one car in the back, to make sure if you choose self driving it was as comfortable as possible for you. Guys speak English fluently, so if you have any questions, it will be no problem.
So, I highly recommend and wait for a new car, GT-R widebody)

My name is Gigi and I am from Montreal. I had the 2 best guides in Tokyo, very knowledgeable and eager to accommodate my requests. I was travelling alone but Hamza offered to take close many pictures of me so I am coming back home with wonderful souvenirs. Malik and Hamza also recommended a delicious pakistanaise restaurant in the Tokyo tower, I recommend them 100% and if I could stay longer I would have booked the Mont Fuji tour with them. Do not hesitate an instant you will be in security and very happy you spent the day in their company.

We enjoyed our tour with Sluzeb's team. We highly recommend them for people who wants to visit Tokyo, but has limited time, mobility, and just want to have an easy and enjoyable time in Tokyo. It's quite difficult to navigate trains/buses in Japan if you are a group with older adults/seniors

    Advantages:

    1. Easy to contact thru Whatsapp and Email - All of our questions/requests were answered promptly.

    2. Competitive Pricing - Price is competitive with other providers. It is expensive, but it is expected because Japan is expensive

    3. Flexible Tours - The team made sure that we were pick up from our hotel at convenient times. Our daily tours/activities were properly timed and they were flexible enough that we can skip or add activities

    4. Complimentary Water is provided

    5. They made reservations for us as well as gave recommendations

Shorux was our driver and he made us feel welcomed during our trip.

Disadvantages - None. Honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer!

We will definitely contact them again for our future trips in Japan.

    Thank you Sluzeb!

We completely enjoyed our day. Aki was our guide and helped us create the tour which was nice. He was very knowledgeable and fun. Outside of the standard sites in Tokyo, he shared many neat areas and buildings that a tourist would never know about. Having a private tour is the way to go. Thank you again, Aki!

We loved the tour, it was an all encompassing drive through Tokyo. Z took great care of us and offered us fascinating facts about the history and pageantry of Tokyo and its sites. Highly recommend.
