I would very highly recommend this place when shopping for a gift, a personalised senjafuda makes a wonderful gift for close friends and loved ones.
I was really happy with the senjafudas that I received, and it was an added bonus to get to wear a nice yukata for a photo-shot in the shop, along with the staff being nice enough to give me a map showing tourist...

... and ready made notebooks, fountain pens and like 18 different types of ink colours (couldn’t resist getting the purple and teal colours for myself) and even a dedicated section for travel related merchandise.
We picked out so many unique items which are made in Japan and would make such perfect gifts rather than the run-of-the-mill souvenirs at airports and tourist traps.

The store is worth going to even if you don’t want to shop and simply want to tour.

There are a lot of "touristy" eateries, and there are some secret shops that only local enjoys, like a great ramen shop that we found [not the touristy ones].
The food is amazing, there is great shopping and so much people watching.

Even though our focus is vintage toys, I still think this shop has a nice selection of modern toys and merchandise from favorite Japanese animation (like Doraemon, Anpanman, and Studio Ghibli).
Great for gift searching for those that need a massive store for different types of interests.
