I stayed at The Peninsula in early 2015 and used the spa then. The experience was so good that even though I am at a different hotel this time I decided to go back to the spa. Had a fantastic experience - calm, quiet and stylish facilities combined with very professional and skilled service. Eriko gave me one of the best massages I have had. Thanks, will always come back to The Spa at the Peninsula!

What a treat after days and days of walking- the spa is on the 30th floor in The Prince Gallery Hotel- A Luxury Collection hotel.. I priced many Luxury hotel spas and this was the best priced at 18,000 yen- including tax and service fee (60 minute treatment) many others are around 22,000 plus 10% service fee..
that said, the facilities are wonderful- but note- none hotel guests cannot access the pool- just the locker room water areas... men’s locker room has a large hot spa, cold plunge spa, (amazing views of Tokyo tree/ palace and city skyline) sauna, relaxation area, Japanese shower and western style showers... treatment was awesome- starts with a foot bath, massage, and ends with a relaxation room with tea and treats..
the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful- a top Choice for value and experience.. total time spent with treatment 2.5 hours and could have spent another hour or more relaxing!!!
Bar area in main lobby (36th floor) looks amazing if you want to make an afternoon/evening of it!!! Pictures below..

The hotel as well as the spa are tastefully decorated. The treatment room is a suite, i.e. bathroom, huge tub, massage table, toilet, mirror, closets, etc. - best ambiance ever! The facial was great, started with a food bath and massage. It also included arms, upper body and head massage. The aesthetician was professional and did an excellent job. The only complaint I have is that after the treatment, you are not offered some relaxing time on the common area, usually, in other spas there is a hot tub or sauna or just a peaceful room where you can relax.
