I went with some coworkers and we had a lot of fun, great staff, the zip lines were amazing, the property is well kept, secured and the instructors were super coordial.
The workers spoke very good English (we speak Spanish as well but it’s a great skill to have for the tourist) and they do all the work for you so you feel comfortable while ziplining .

... cloud forest served as a perfect introduction to the fauna and floral in Costa Rica, and we were fortunate to be escorted through the gardens by both Evelyn and Arturo, the founders of this beautiful preserve.
We were dazzled by the effort the American couple who owned the preserve had made to show how good stewardship could sustain the natural beauty of the rain forest.
