This was our first visit to a beach club and we were amazed by the number of umbrellas up and down and across the sand. There didn't appear to be a spare inch of sand that wasn't covered with an umbrella or gazebo.

Our friends had rented a tent/gazebo that came with deck chairs and a locked box for valuables and invited us to join them for the day.

Undercover off street car parking was a plus given that it was so hot. So was the wooden walkway between the sets of umbrellas/gazebos that stretched from the buildings almost to the water. Being newbies we had not brought any thongs/open sandals which were a must given how hot the sand was. So we ended up running between shady spots trying not to walk on the sand.

Change rooms were available though they were stifling hot. There was also a pool though swim caps were compulsory.

The bar/shop area and restaurant were pleasant spaces, facing out onto the beach. Menu had a choice of around ten mains and a lesser number of smaller, starter style dishes. We had a seafood salad and a spaghetti with seafood both of which were very tasty.

Sea was very calm and very shallow for a fair way out. Good for just lazing around whilst enjoying the fantastic views of the mountains behind the beach.

Not sure how much it cost but a very enjoyable experience.

Candalla Falls are a nice little afternoon's distraction. There is a trail that follows the river up into the mountain with plenty of opportunities to dip in for a swim!

Very chilled and relaxed…very friendly and even nice to kids and dogs.
Great place to spend our last day on holiday and lunch was lovely too.
Reserve both restaurant and club in good time though to avoid disappointment

While €45 is a hefty price for one day for 4 persons, this is a very nice and clean beach. It is less crowded than other parts of the beach to the left and to the right of Pardini.

It's the third year I have been going to Bagno Argo and will definately be going back for the helpful owners and good service. Also the restaurant serves very good seafood and the staff are always friendly. Very much a family beach but also good with just friends.

We were looking for a pool and bar for a nice end of day in the sun. We stumbled upon this place. It was 4:10pm and we asked the price for 2 seats and a sun parasol. 15€ pp. we got it for 10€ after insisting and indicating it was 4pm not 10am. To be complete, this place was the only place even considering lowering the price. The others had prices of 15-20€pp. so we went in and I got some cokes and water at the bar. First mistake... only water at the pool side allowed. Why...? No idea. Let's go in the pool. Aaah no swimming without a swimming cap. There was a pile of them in a jar who were used by the others. Sorry but that didn't seem appealing. And then we saw the security-lifeguard cleaning the ashtrays in the foot pool wtf... maybe it was us but this wasn't our idea of a nice poolside afternoon...

Just spent a week at Bagno Nilo. I can truly recommend it. It is a down to earth family run place, but very well maintained, clean and perfect spot to spend time with the family. And the restaurant is simply amazing.

This beautiful church beside the cemetery was built in 7th century during the government of Longobardi , the terms Badia derives from the term Abbot who represented the highest office of the Benedictine monastery that was annexed to the church.
Beautiful the arch in front the church , it was the portal to enter to monastery.
On the wall after the arch you can see a marble bas-relief depicting the story of monastery.
The bell tower has the typical battlements of castles.
Facade very simple with a fresco over the central entrance.
Internal with three naves without paintings or interesting statues, but an incredible marble altar is between the main and the left naves with beautiful statues and a paintings of Jesus dead in the arms of Madonna .
At the end of the left nave you can admire the copy of marvelous fifteen-century polyptych painted by Francesco D’Andrea Anguilla , the original is inside the Sacred Art museum in the center of the city
