- TripxauStaffanstorp, Sweden108 contributionsAfter an unusual warm summer it was a good day to do something else than hanging on the beach. The hike was challenging but fun. We had our childre 13, 12 abd 8 with us and that worked out great. It is ver difficult with a stroller asit is narrow paths and quite hilly and over rocks and roots. But well at Nimis the view is great and you can relax with a picnic on some of the rocks.Written July 30, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Asmita DHelsingborg, Sweden15 contributionsIf you are looking for a beach to take a bath and teh children play with sand and water, this is probably not the place for you!
The beach is excelelnt otherwise, it is a pebble beach so your tents tat require sand to be stable won't work here...if it is too much sun then have a umbrella and make it stand with the pebbles.
The water is shallow and there is a place for you to go in water and take a swim.
A pool with sea water is very near so that is a plus...

Also the newly launched four stroke beer, an IPA style beer.

Huge mistake.
It's simply beyond belief how exciting and beautiful it is to take the Kullaleden, a path along the seaside of Kullen.
You must be fairly good walking to do this, but doing it makes your day a good day.
Some of the path is very stoned but the beauty is nevertheless the more astonishing.
Being in this part of Sweden there are lots of places to dine well or just have a cup of coffee and a little cake.
We can highly recommend to take the Kullaleden - you will not regret it.

I had the beef bourguignon. Superb. It was a meal on its own. With the buffet it was great value for money. The owner is fully engaged with his customers and takes time to show you around.

The entrance fee was low and we enjoyed our experience. Downstairs there is information about mining in the area . . . .including dinosaur prints! There is a variety of historical information about the town and area. Unfortunately, there is not much English in the exhibitions and not available on the audio guide. The entrance fee also includes the art gallery with ceramics which are also famous in this area.Written September 12, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
