- J&S_SingaporeSingapore, Singapore4,356 contributionsWe have heard about this largest & Premium outlet in Kyushu so planned a trip here. But it was really not convenient as cited by some TA, From Tosu JR sta the bus stop is a walk and surprised the bus schedule timing was bad. It was 10am but morning only ( 9+ or 11+ ) trip. We took taxi which cost more than 1700 Yen and 15 mins away.
The taxi alight us at the large car park and also where the shuttle bus stop will be. From here it was a bridge across to the Outlet, Quite a typical Japanese outlet setup all the shops are single-storey at the sprawning area.. But it does exalt an air of stylish and X-ting atmosphere compared to some smaller scale ones we have visited. The weekday crowd was low so I have much space to myself as I explored the shops of Coach Men’s / Gap / Lacoste / Munsingwear / North Face / Polo Ralph Lauren and more! There are also many local brands and some Stores appearing for the first time in Kyushu (?). But I ended up not getting anything that I find to my liking.
Another draw point of the Tosu Outlet is the Food court which many will mentioned. They featured a good mix of local and western cuisine. And we have the pleasure of taking the famous Ippudo ramen for lunch, at a very affordable price.
We spent a good 2 hours here, and timed to leave with the returning shuttle busWritten April 7, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Luckily the team’s biggest investment Fernando Torres started the match as captain. Torres had an entire souvenir tent solely dedicated to Fernando Torres merchandise. It is no surprised that attendance for the club almost doubled since his arrival. The home crowd (almost 90% in uniform) was on their feet most of the game and the cheering was nonstop for the two halves.Written November 27, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - platypus150Melbourne, Australia27,759 contributionsWe stopped in here to see what we could "plunder" on our way to Nagasaki. We picked up maps in English, bought postcards of steam locomotives, looked at the local produce and souvenirs for sale, and stamped our railway station stamp books with the stamp for Shin-tosu. A job well done, and we were on our way. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Written May 13, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kimitaka STaichung, Taiwan14,141 contributionsTosu is not a touristic city, but a transportation hub in this region. After the opening of Kyushu Shinkansen, its importance was diminished. But still Express Kamome from and to Nagasaki frequently stop at Tosu. The station keeps its old shape without renovation. On the wall of the underground path, some old pictures of the station are displayed.Written March 30, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
