You have to walk a very far way to the high to get there but there's also the cable cars in server so it's not a big deal for getting faster and easier. Na Trang is a better place for going to the beach, but if you wanna see some culture go to Phan Rang. I think in a couple of years it’s the same as Nha Trang, because they are building big resorts a long side the coast. P.s. The rooms are nicely done, clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly. I was hesitant at first about calling YOLO because there weren't much reviews or info. I took a chance because we needed another scooter. Glad I did! The bike was delivered within 10 minutes, and the deliverer was friendly. Reliable clean bike and helmets. They came to pick up quickly as well. Wind is good, 15 to 20 plus knots every day, and it was still early in the season. It can get up to 30 knots in high season! Wind starts blowing at 6am till 6pm. I spent 5 days here and the only thing to note is that the lagoon is tide dependent, at low there is literally no water! Best to contact the school and they will advise about the tide. The accomodation is good, staff very friendly and the kitchen does good food as well. The owner Phi is super helpful and chilled and theres a very good vibe about the place. Jeff the owner of Phan Rang Kite Center is amazingly helpfull and welcomed us in the best way possible. He answered all of our questions patiently. We had a great time at the kitecenter. So friendly girls, Vera and Lena, are managing with kitestation very well! They have new good equipment, professional kite teachers and ideal spot for kiting.
