We booked lunch for the set menu $80. We received a phone-call to day and were told that the booking would be a wine-pairing and food for $195 and that was the only option available and the $80 set menu was no longer an option. As we had booked for 12 people and did not know whether they would be happy to pay an extra $115 and/or have the wine pairing, we cancelled the booking. Simply not good enough to book for one option and then be told sometime later that it is not available

Wine tasting
Oct 2020 • Friends
Stopped by for a quick taste of the wines and to check out the restaurant. Ended up staying over an hour as the wine tasting was fabulous, informative and very enjoyable. Left with a couple of new wines on our shopping list. The restaurant garden, staff and menu looked fabulous and very tempting but unfortunately didn’t think we could fit a set menu in for lunch. A very worthwhile visit.

Wine tasting
Aug 2020
Popped in for some wine tasting and was talked through then by a very knowledgeable French gentleman. Ended up leaving with a few bottles. Not the cheapest of places, but very nice.

Enjoyed the Merlot
Mar 2020
Lovely vineyard with exceptionally good wines. Enjoyed the tasting. Bought a bottle of 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot which I enjoyed back at my hotel.

One of the Margaret River founding wineries and worth a visit
Jan 2020
Relatively small winery and one of the originals. Definitely a more up market brand and the wines I tasted certainly live up to their reputation. Although there is a small fee, it is great they offer tastings of their premium and super premium wines. Although there is no playground, there is a nice lawn outside with beanbag chairs to sit under the shade with. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but will aim to do so next visit.

Very good wine for tasting
Jan 2020 • Couples
We stopped here as part of a number of vineyards we visited. The tasting was well organised and well described by the staff. Tasting costs $10 each and an extra €5 if you want to try a premium priced white or red option. The wines are very good and would recommend calling in.

Interesting Old Winery
Dec 2019
This is one of the older wineries in Margaret River and had some interesting wines served in an older style setting. Prices are typical but some, such as the Chardonnay which is very good is costly.

Fab tasting with well informed server to guide us through an excellent selection of current and library wines. Followed by phenomenal lunch including a truly terrific rabbit starter

One of the Best WA Wineries
Sep 2019
This is an 'old school' winery, where the focus is on overall quality rather than volume and price. Expect to pay between $25 - $50 for most wines ... there are also many others at higher prices. Many tastings are free although there is a small charge ($5) for tastings of $100 wines ... in our view worth it to compare to others. The wine club is free and flexible (no set ongoing deliveries and discounts increase as volumes increase). Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy your Chardonnay and Cabernet.

Great meals, coming back here again.
Sep 2019 • Couples
Found this place by accident and glad I did, after asking for a table for two (which was fully booked out) they accommodated us. We were warmly greeted and the service was A1, ordered the lamb, octopus and lamb. The meals came out quickly. Octopus was fantastic and the lamb was to die for. The setting was magnificent and the view was great. We felt they bent over backwards to look after us and I’ve now found my favourite restaurant in the region.
