We all had a great time in double and single karts! We will definitely return! Would be a great place for parties or group activity too. Well worth the $30 each

Myself and my kids had never go karted before. It was so fun!! We had a blast. $30 for a double kart each making it $60 for family of 4. We also used entertainment book voucher so that made it $45. A lot for 10 mins but we all had a blast.

Good family fun. Kids catered for in smaller and duel karts. The track is fairly small but challenging enough. Good value for money, not cheap but better priced than other kart tracks we’ve been to. Staff were good and safety was never an issue.

From the outset, we were impressed with the cleanliness, set-up, and quality of carts. The cost is a little high but it's not something you do every day. We opted for the 10-minute track ride using the 'junior' carts which are obviously speed limited and suited to kids.
Where it went wrong for us was the initial briefing whereby racers are asked to hand in a plain raffle style ticket you receive at the front counter after payment.
We did this not knowing that the next step is for the staff member to call out the ticket number that we just handed over.
We were never told to remember the ticket number/details by the cashier and obviously handed it over just prior to the briefing kick-off.
Unbeknownst to us, the staff member then went about calling out people by ticket number to confirm how many racers were taking up the next event.
We sat in silence not knowing our ticket number - when nobody owned up I assumed it was us and on raising my hand was berated the staff member to the point of almost starting an argument. This verbal altercation was both embarrassing and not necessary.
The ticket issue system needs reviewing as relying on a school raffle ticket stub with handwriting simply doesn't cut it. Getting told off in front of all other attendees that the cashier had explicitly told us to remember the ticket details when in fact she did not was not a good experience at all.
I would suggest the staff member retrains in customer service and or takes a step back, chills out and adopts a better system.
Would I go back? maybe but only because the kids smile at the end was priceless.

what a really rude and hostile the wife of the owner is, I was spoken to like rubbish on arrival, ( i'm have mental health problems so i struggle even going out most days )
i strating filling in the papers ass we where asked and i did sso, but as i had 2 car loads of not my own kids i felt uncomfortable in fill out other kids personal info such as Address and Date of birth but was happy to give the age and phone numbers. At thiss point the lady said and i state word to word " I dont bloody care, its for our insurrance and for the computer system, If you dont like that then we can refuse you." i muttered under my breath where is the owner he is nicer and not hostile. She took it to far and i just walked out, The booking was for $300 in total.
We left and headed to launny where we had more fun for cheaper at lazer tag and air time best thing we did that day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT GO TO KART MAGIC THEY ARE JUST BLOODY RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!

My husband asking the manager how he compute the payment as I'm paying for 2families and I have discount voucher. He was not happy, slammed the calculator infront of us- told him hang on, my husband is just asking mate coz my friend will pay me later. He told us if we like we can go out and he'll refund what we paid. I don't want to upset my kids so yeah, we go ahead. Then I'm thinking maybe he's acting inappropriately as he overcharge us. I paid $55 for double kart. So just contacted the so called manager asking for apologies but he told me he just explaining for that...slamming calculator infront of us is not simply expalining....So arrogant.

Kids of all ages can be accommodated here by the obliging and capable staff. My kids came away buzzing and raved about it for some time. Only lost a star as it was a bit hard on the budget.

What to do in the school holidays? We decided to go to the go karts - what a great day - the only drawback would be the cost - very expensive for a family but still enjoyable

So I bought my 10yo son here as a birthday treat not really knowing how it would go as he can be a bit timid with new physical experiences. The staff here were exceptional. They clearly care and respect their clientele, they know what they are doing and given a certain situation they clearly have safety as their first concern. Words cannot convey how good our visit was here today.
They are a little pricey but we will be back as it was money extremely well spent. Great job guys, keep it up. 10/10.

Fun but $30 pp is expensive especially having to pay $60 for 10 minutes for two teenagers on a sole income! Maybe some sort of loyalty card or discount for more than one child?
The guys were good but I got told off for not presenting my ticket - there was no one in sight to present a ticket too and instructions not clear! Kind of put a damper on things and it was a special birthday treat spending $60 for 10 minute thrill!
Overall good fun treat but expensive. Toilets were great and there was shelter for spectators.
