I've repeatedly heard of people unable to get in with other passes sadly. Even when lounges don't appear so busy. For this reason I've not bothered with them and just prebook instead as prebookings get priority over passes... More

I don't think you can book seats/booths. Your kids should be fine with logo teach shirts.
