What a good idea... a picnic park where the kids and dads can watch the planes! Kept the little ones quite (well glued to the fence!) For a couple of hours. Cheap day out, unless you see concorde, then its an expensive day out! Good...More

We came here with three grandchildren over the half term. Free to enter but you pay for parking £5 up to two hours and £10 after that. We wanted to do a tour of Concorde but no tours were taking place because of a table...More

We always go here once a year in half term so the kids can watch the aeroplanes and have a picnic. It's a great place to have a few hours just watching and chilling.

Anyone tell the times of the a380 taking off. It seems to land around 12.15 which we always catch but would love to see it take off again ?

Take off is 2pm If planning to do the Concorde experience, which is so good, book the 1pm tour. And then when it finishes at 1.45 time for a coffee or sandwich and watch the A380 leave
