This is quite an old temple, around 2500+ years old. It is dedicated to Sachiya Mata. The temple is in narrow lane and has many steps. When we visited there, crowd was less so we had peaceful experience over there.

Its a temple of Maa Dura situated on the top of the hill. It is about 1000 years old temple. One has to reach the temple after climbing about 108 steps. One will surely get peace after offering puja to Maa Sanchiyai...

We stayed in osian around 70 kms – 01 hour drive from Jodhpur for the camel rides and this beautiful ancient temple with intricate carvings built around 10th century. The temple is devoted to sachiya Mata and has around 120 steps to reach top. If possible attend the Arti, its beautiful.

It's about an hours drive away from Jodhpur and poorly maintained temple. Not even a proper restroom considering the number of visitors. And definitely not as pretty as you see in guidebooks. I'd suggest to opt for osian and bishnoi village trip or even salawas unless you have religious reasons to visit it.

I was here last week.
After visiting Jodhpur, I reached Osian to visit temple in evening.
The temple is very well maintained and due to less crowd, I took Mata Darshan easily.
Really a very good temple,,,,,,,must visit.
Since, this is a small town, so after visiting temple, I went to sand dunes here.
I enjoyed Camel safari and jeep safari (mini) here which are not cosly.
Really A good experience here.

I was very impressed by the temple. We visited Sachiya Mata temple just before embarking on our camel safari in Osian. Temple is beautiful and very clean. Well maintained. Lord Ganapathi at the entrance. Kala Bhairava on the other side. Mata darshan was very nice. Very nice views of the area from the top. Very refreshing!!
