The Kimberley General Store is a thriving depot in the rural village of Kimberley, set in the original store building from 1905. It's worth a trip to Kimberley for the scenery of Old Baldy and the Beaver Valley views, by bicycle, hiking trail, cross-country skis, or on the downhill slopes. Stop in for fresh baked goods, homemade soups, hearty sandwiches, and strong coffee. The store is also a meeting place for people to source local products, curiosities, general sundries, and organic goods. Find what you need in the heart of the Beaver Valley!

Stacie is warm, and always remembers everyone's name. She has what you need, plus what you didn't realize you needed but just made your afternoon more convenient and complete. Justin cooks fantastic food next door and the morning sun makes everyone look happy and pretty. Honestly, how could you not LOVE K-Gen? One of my favourite things about one of... More

The Kimberley General Store is a local favourite with amazing food, smoothies, baked goods - incredible sour dough bread, pizzas and organic fruits and vegetables and other wonderful dry goods and gifts. We love the addition of Justin's Oven. It's always a great visit and place to stop any time of year every time you are in Kimberley , whether... More

The owners are just wonderful people. They make you feel welcomed and truly appreciate your visit to their store. They take pride in what they do. I drive an hour to get the banana bread.

Had the most delicious sammiches here ! We asked for everything on them, and they were loaded with fresh yummy veg and condiments. Nice supply of local wares on offer as well, honey, fruits etc. Interesting collection of other things to pick up ( hand creams, baby onesies , crafts ) Really a neat spot!

On a perfect, blue-sky, white billowy cloud day, we took a winding backroad tour of the Beaver Valley and stopped at the Kimberley General Store to see for ourselves this gem about which we had heard so much. We received a warm welcome from both Leslie, salesperson extraordinaire :-) and Stacie, the charming owner, who has turned this little spot... More

This store sits between Thornbury and Ravenna and Eugenia. All these towns have great little stores with nice people and good stories. Kimberly has a bit more organic and also Blackbird pies along with the Banana Bread. We bought some cute gifts for our children and pizza is coming. I would recommend the waterfalls and the general stores in the... More

besides the charm of the owner and staff, the quality of their local, organic garden produce and the seductive lazy afternoon mood that goes with sitting on the porch....The Kimberley General Store has unlocked the code on banana bread. Always great, always available and the perfect companion to a cup of jo.
