Great place to hike and rock climb. Amazing three peaks and "Capacete" mountains, with difficult climbing and hiking routes, the park has many other attractions, such as waterfalls on the lower part.

The Park is very beautiful, but poorly marked. I took the trail to Jequitibá-rosa, which is very quiet and can be reached in 15 minutes, and to Gruta dos Cristais.

The park is well maintained and appears to have undergone maintenance. We went up the Mirante, despite the strong sun since 9am, the view was worth it. The baby Jequitiba is beautiful and incredible compared to the giant that is more than a thousand years old.
The trails are well signposted, I saw a lot of people with children on the trails. On the way back we passed a vine snake, from what I've researched it doesn't pose any danger.
The part of the Crystal Cave that deserves better identification.
The highlight of the tour really is contemplating Jequitiba

Some of the trails were officially closed because they were "unsafe". They were perfectly ok ( I went anyway). But they are short and circular, despite the very extensive area covered by the park.
Some primary forest but more secondary growth. Free entry.

We went to the Freiburg access park area, we went with our 4 year old daughter. Valley of the Gods, a beautiful, peaceful and inspiring place. Beautiful view. I was enchanted by nature, the sound of birds. We went for two days. we did the dragon's head trail and the other day a short trail to the matchbox viewpoint.
The park ranger Rodrigo is very attentive, a perfect score.
Just an observation, regarding access to the park, it is a very steep climb on foot, a little tiring, but worth it.
