We have had a fantastic day out! We've been many times, this is our first visit since the expansion. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some negative reviews, but this is still my favourite zoo. We have been to Edinburgh and Chester and...More

Bit unfair I know but the weather turned nasty and I couldn't get to any of the indoor viewing areas on my mobility scooter as people used them to shelter from the rain, as they did in the various eating places and gift shop. The...More

Was very impressed with the zoo! It had an open feel with a lot of the animals roaming freely. Good for all ages and groups! Had a great day.

I can't believe that there are places like this still around. The animals look miserable and some look to be in really poor condition. Enclosures are really run down. Was not a pleasant place to visit
