Monteverde Costa Rica is one of the best areas where you will have the chance to learn about the cultivation and the processes, of how an authentic coffee that was used as far back as our grandparent’s generation is made. The tour was developed in an environment that stands out as one of the best in our culture and tradition; a tradition that has made this country one of progress and peace. The tour lasts for about 2 hours and it includes typical snacks and the option of an authentic home-made lunch.

Might not look like much at first but your guide teaches you so much about coffee, from the beginning to the end. If you're a coffee drinker, you'll appreciate this tour and I recommend to everyone (I don't drink coffee). You'll probably drink coffee differently...More

It's nice to learn about the making of coffee, chocolate and sugar during an 2 hour tour. Hairo is a very enthousiastic guide. We tasted different kinds of coffee. We made our own chocolate and drank sugar water. A nice experience!
