At least ten boats was chasing four Dolphins arround. The thing was to Get the clients to jump into the water as soon as the Dolphins showed up. Beautiful chreatures to look at, but we didn’t like the way this was done. I jumped into the water myselfe, to see the Dolphins, wich was in the deep, I had to dive too. Felt very unsecure if I was going to be hit by a propellar on my way up again, because once they spoted the Dolphins they gave gas again. I dont want to hang out any company, we did choose to see this ourselfes, but we wont do it again. When you read all the reviews , everyone say this is fantastic, I can’t understand we are the only one feeling like this. But the snorkling after was amazing!!!

If you are in two minds whether to swim with the dolphins based on the comments about disturbing them etc, don't hesitate.. do it. There are no words to describe how amazing it feels to swim with these beautiful creatures. I do have some advice however, in order to maximize the experience to need to be able to swim fast and well, and also choose Dream Dolphin to avoid the crowds. Carine had a wonderful group tour (the one we did) which leaves at the very acceptable time of 9am (other tours leave at 7am or even 6am) and most importantly this means that we arrived at the dolphins when the other boats were already leaving. We observed the dolphins as we ate breakfast and when only a few boats remained it was our turn to get into the water. We had 5 or 6 really great encounters where the dolphins were swimming all around us. One even turned his head to look at me as we swam along side by side. Wow, what a thrill. Eventually we had to drag ourselves away to complete the days program, snorkeling on the coral reef (amazing) and then lunch on a secluded part of Benitier Island. Carine has different tours available to suit everyone's needs and budget. We loved our group tour (10 of us) and felt that we had a truly exclusive experience.

The Human Dolphin Connection lived up to my expectation to have the privilege of swimming with wild dolphins. Captain Pascal and crew member Brian ensured that we were safe whilst enjoying a swim with these amazing intelligent creatures to enjoying a high speed boat ride on the open ocean to Benitier Island. There we enjoyed a delicious and fresh Mauritian style barbecue. Safety was their first priority. Brian ensured that we got the maximum exposure to swimming with and taking underwater pictures of the dolphins. To maximize on this experience; learn to snorkel and invest in a water-proof camera or cellphone casing. These were my only limitations. We could see plenty of action from the dolphins coming up for air. Afterwards we were treated to a beautiful view of a lone piece of coral majestically rising from the clear waters of the ocean. To round of the day; we spent time on the beach to enjoy a lovely lunch. One can choose between tanning or walking along the beach whilst having a lovely view of the coastline. To put a cherry on top - we were treated to a guitar solo of some well known songs, and a Mauritian melody by Cedric. We ended up singing a long. Note that getting off the boat to get to the beach, you'll need to wear sandals of flip flops to walk in shallow water. Pack the necessary, as there is no stowing compartment for big bags. They provide snorkeling gear and flippers. Do not miss this adventure. Thank you Human Dolphin Connection!

Easily one of the most memorable parts of my holiday in Mauritius. The Dream Dolphin Crew took my family on a wonderful private tour which was finished off with a delicious meal on our own private beach. If your looking for a private luxury tour at a great price call these guys. Xx
