My husband and I did the 7 cascades, it took us about 7 hours. It was quite difficult at some points to climb, but the views were well worth it. Not to miss!

This place is great. Beautiful landscapes and a fun hike to the top. Make sure you go with a guide because sometes the path is a bit confusing and to take good shoes and mosquito repellent. Not good for small kids, the full hike is...More

Most of tours have a bottom start, so I guess it's better from the bottom. You will be able to enjoy the top view at the end of climb .
