Nature lovers would love the trail and walk to one of the falls. A swim under the falls is a must but one should be rather careful as it is quite slippery. Always go in groups and preferably with experienced people.

This was the highlight of our stay here at Mauritius - Hiking at 7 cascade falls. Our guide - Jay Tanoo, was AWESOME. He was knowledgeable and cheerful, always had a smile and jokes around, easing our jitters of hiking. He guided us with ease on how to maneuver the jungle and even brought us snacks and lunch cooked by... More

I did a quick search online 2 nights before the hike, and luckily found the highly rated guide, Wesley. Contacted him and got a prompt response and we arranged our hike. To be fair I wasn't expecting it to be that challenging and technical - but it is. Be prepared for extremely steep slopes throughout pretty much...passing through streams and... More

Wesley is an excellent guide for this waterfall experience, reach him on WhatsApp +230 5718 4966 . He guided us safely along the most beautiful route and we loved the experience. We could swim comfortably and safely in the waters with plenty of time. There are many great photo moments and it was one of our favourite activities in Mauritius.... More

This is an awesome trek with 7 waterfalls with stunning view. A guide is recommended for this one, I contacted Jay/Raj both are really nice folks. We went early morning and had wonderful breakfast at Raj's home. You must get a pair of hiking shoes, water, good camera, towel, spare tee/shorts as you will want to take a dip on... More

There were six of us ages 14-47. We booked a half day tour with Jay Tannoo before we left the UK, but due to bad weather and time contraints, he arranged for his brother Govind to guide us. He was a godsend! The trip was perfect and one of the highights of Mauritius. I was the eldest and unfittest due... More

Contacted Jay the day before and agreed everything. Thoroughly enjoyed our day with him, constantly giving us information about Mauritius and Les 7 Cascades. Swam underneath waterfall, awesome trek and amazing views. If your in Mauritius, don't do the awful trips arranged by the large travel companies, contact Jay, get out on you own and have an awesome time.
