I would highly recommend this place for everyone to visit Brussels as this is usually not in the top list but it should be. There is an amazing city view from the top, better than from Atomium. And the building itself is astonishingly beautiful inside...More

A church that will make your jaw fall. The details of it´s architecture are impressive, don´t expect too much of the contents inside, its huge, but for a touristic church is not worth it to go inside.

This massive Basilica is on a hill on the outskirts of the city. You can reach the top via a number of different lifts and by walking around inside the building. The Basilica is a good walk though a park from the metro line, but...More

We came across this site by chance. It is a really beautiful building. It is based on the one of a similar name , which is based in Paris, the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur. The Paris one is absolutely lovely, in a fantastic location, and this...More

This building is amazing! I've been in dozens of churches around the world and I've only been in one that felt as big as this one (St. Johns - the unfinished in NYC). There was a sign indicating there's a panorama level, but since I...More

Dear Clare, Thanks for your kind review! If you visited on saturday, there was indeed a special "interreligious" celebration together with our moslim friends, with special security ensured, hence the fact that some parts weren't accessible!

This huge basilica church confronts you as you drive into the centre of Brussels. It's the fifth largest church in the world. Wonderful sight.

This is a massive basilica and I highly recommend visiting. We walked from the old town, only 30 minutes. The outside is impressing, but the inside is amazing. Take your time and wander about, take in the architecture and beautiful windows.

This is a relatively modern church, but it it's the 5th largest in the world. Impressive interior and well worth taking the lift to the top. Brussels doesn't have much of a skyline but you get a sense of the scale of the building. Really...More

Is Navigo Decouverte for us? (6 Replies)
Hi! We arrive at CDG at 6.25am and take a train straight to Colmar. After 6 nights in Colmar we come back to Paris on a Thursday for 4 nights. During our time in Paris, we have 2 full days to explore Paris (our interests are Montmartre The Basilica of the Sacred Heart, Moulin Rouge, Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame The Latin Quarter). On the day of departure, our flight out of France is at 3pm, and we have not decided yet if we are taking public transport to CDG or a...More

Probably not. Navigo is for Monday-Sunday only, it sounds like you are never doing enough to justify the pass.
