good place for young kids

Lot to do for kids...pool, water slide, zip lining, rock climbing, fishing, paddle boats. They also had lots of family activities going on in the rec hall all the time.

We visited with 4 other families who all have small children. We booked our sites 5 months in advance, so that we could have family friendly sites. I.e.close to bathrooms, away from large groups, a short walk to amenities. Our first night there, 3 coach buses rolled in around 10:00pm and 200 teenagers set up their sleeping bags under the... Bad luck, we heard your concerns and moved the group not knowing you also moved to the same area. It was unfortunate that you called the fire department and they actually had a truck come out just to see a BBQ going. In the future we will know longer park coach buses near campers we apologize. Try us again and... More

Been visiting this place for nine years as my family has trailers at the park. Huge swimming pools, water slide, splash pad, paddle boats, mini putt, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, horse shoes, bocce lanes is all included with entrance fees. Rock climbing and ZIP LINES are extra costs . Alcohol is permitted on park grounds and you can bring... More

We went to bissells last week, the entire family loved it (including one teenager and one 9 year old). Bissells safe, large environment provides a place for children to wonder and have freedom... A great place to camp or even live for a season!!

Ill keep it short, because in all fairness - the weather was wet and windy...No fault of the park, yet it made the time spent there less enjoyable..I believe they have potential, its not cheap, its actually a little pricey - HOWEVER they have lots of extras for your $$$.... I will revisit with the family and hope for better... More

It was an awesome place for the summer series of music. Cannot wait to go back, the next show should be great. Good food and wine as well.

We've been having our family reunion here since 2000 and have anywhere from 120-160 family members attend. In all these years I've yet to hear any complaints about the park, activities, accommodations or the staff. This park is absolutely beautiful, with a great balance of nature as well as all of the latest activities. It is very well priced, clean,... More

The park is clean and well maintained - guests and staff are friendly and welcoming to all. Thoroughly enjoyed the water park portion and the many programs for children and families. Reasonable rates to car camp or to stay in a cabin. Hidden gem right here in Niagara!

I spend the summer here to offset Fla. in the Winter months. Reasonable rates. Well run campground with so much to do locally. It sits in the heart of the Niagara region. Close to US borders. New pool that families enjoy.
