You can observe how those exquisite glass items are made. There is a shop, kids may prepare their own glass items during a short workshop. Worth a visit. Takes 1h, ticket cost 20 PLN. Free parking available

Really interesting tour where you actually see the complete process of manufacturing a glass object. Not only you see the different machines and process steps meanwhile someone explains them to you, but also you walk around the workers and see with your own eyes the production of several glass items. Piece of advice: If you want to buy some glass items in their shop as a souvenir, check where they have been manufactured. They sell not only items manufactured in their own factory but also some others

Located in a small town is this excellent glassworks factory with regular tours. Unfortunately ours was not in English but we still enjoyed the tour and got alot out of it. The tour covers the glass making process from beginning to end and it was wonderful to see the hand crafted works first hand.
The factory also has a small cafe and two shops which feature a wide selection of quality glass ware for all budgets.

The tour was interesting and ability to observe workers was great. The guide was quite knowledgeable however, he seemed to want to be somewhere else and rushed us through the tour mercilessly. After the tour I went to see their two shops where one is dedicated to translucent crystal glass and the other stocks colored glass. The items were beautiful and selection was pretty broad. Unfortunately shop assistants were surly and unhelpful. There was no usual politeness which I experienced in most areas of Poland. This last remark relates to all people I encountered in the Lower Silesia region. Perhaps it is just how people living in Lower Silisia are?

If you have never been to such place - go. But if have seen the Glass Blowers on Netflix or visited a similar workshop skip the tour and go straight to the Krystalium part.
The guide gave us the minimum information rushing us through the workshop. For the same price she could have told us some legends the region is rich with, jokes and/or some quiz questions to win a tiny souvenir. It usually doesn’t take much to make an experience really memorable.

Guided tours for individual and organized groups. Live demonstrations of glass blowing traditional production - great fun for the families with kids. Factory shop offers wide range of own products.

Tours in English and Polish (separately) are carried out every 30-60 minutes. The guide Edyta was super friendly and seemed to love the business she is in. Edyta was very informative, answered all questions in good English.
The tour takes place in an actual glass blowing place, so you get to see everything as it is happening. And you can shop in one of two shops afterwards.

We took the guided tour, which was very interesting. Saw the glass owen, how they molded the flowing glass and made sculptures by hand. Nice shop with beautiful items for sale. Just sorry that you are only allowed 20 kg in the suitcase onthe plane. Go there if you have time, you won't regret it!

A very interesting and more importantly not too long guide through the process of making cristal carafes, glasses and other products made on special order preceeded by a brief history of the factory.
Watching craftsmen at work ccompanied by the process description - really worth a visit.
There is also a shop where you can purchase some beautifully cut glass items, however the prices not necessarily affordable. Still, nice to have at least one of their products :)

Excellent chance to see production of cristal glass - from formation of shapes from molten glass, to decoration by cutting and coloring. Glass-working activities offered on-site. It looks much easier to shape glass than it really is, the skills of workers are impressive.
