We initially contacted Tuk Tuk Dude to do the Minneriya/Kaudulla safari with transfer from Trincomalee to Dambulla. When we decided to do the tour directly from Dambulla, they were able to organize to accommodate our request. The tour itself was spectacular, the driver did everything to make as see as many elephants as possible and get as close to them as possible (we did the tour during the "elephant gathering" in August). We also saw other animals like water buffalos, peacocks, monkeys, mongooses and monitor lizards. For sure it was one of the highlights of our Sri Lanka trip👍

We went with this company from Galle to Ella through Udawalawe where we took the safari tour. The driver picked up us from our hotel and he drove very safely and quickly to the National Park. He gave us also wonderful breakfast and water right after jumping in into the van. The safari tour was also amazing. We had a great driver and also safari tour guide. Everything was included in the price as promised, except the entrance to the park but it was written in the instructions before. We had very good experience and we can absolutely reccommend this company!

We booked diffrent tours and all of them where well planned and with local people. Would highly recommend them; also cars are comfortable

We booked the private car charter from Bentota to Galle/Mirissa, via Klook.com.
Right after the trip booking, the supervisor reached out, and suggested some alternate itineraries. We chose the one that covered both Mirissa and Galle. In retrospect, it was a mistake because it is impossible to do both in one day. The supervisor probably knew about it, but asked us 20 USD additional for Mirissa which we paid up. He should have told us that time won’t be enough for it.
First of all, the car that we received was subpar. It was a hatchback instead of a sedan. The AC wasn’t working so we kept the windows open. Out of the windows, one of them wasn’t opening up. Throughout the route, because of the open window, we smelled petrol fumes. Uber offers better cars than this so will suggest you take that.
Coming to our driver, Mr. Mendis. He kept trying to further change our itinerary by suggesting more and more activities. Every destination we reached, he kept suggesting other things to do, confusing us to no extent. He kept following us, including to a bar where we stopped to for a coconut water and to use the loo. And he promptly ordered a drink for himself as well. This is absolutely unprofessional - I have never seen this kind of behaviour.
It was only at Galle that he stayed back, and then he made us wait for 15-20 mins before picking us up for hotel.
All in all, it was a very disappointing experience and a very very over-priced one. The weather was rainy so we couldn’t enjoy the beaches at Mirissa, but Galle is beautiful and needs an entire day dedicated to itself. Had the supervisor or the driver guided us properly, we could have enjoyed more.
Won’t recommend this tour company at all.

Fantastic trip. Well organised, they sent details the day before and phoned to confirm I had them. Driver was prompt and friendly, and trip itself was ideal - nice way to move between towns but get to explore on route. Recommended.

I booked transport from Ella to Mirrisa with included safari to Udalawalawa national park. I can say only one word. It was amazing. Driver was real professional. He took me from my hostel in Ella and ride me to Mirrisa after visiting national parku. Also homemade pancakes were so good.

Such an incredible experience! We came with our 8 year old daughter and the team was super nice and helpful. We always felt safe ! They made also cool videos and fotos. A highly recommend activity!!!!

The driver was very friendly and picked us up very punctually. The breakfast hit the spot and got us energized to see the Elephants. The driver also stopped along the way when there was a sight or when an elephant was visible at the park boarder. The safari tour as well was excellent - we had a very knowledgeable guide and saw all sorts of animals and birds. Would absolutely recommend this tour & service to anyone going from Ella to Mirissa - the safari really was worth it and the service made our lives so easy and comfortable.

It was a very nice tour, although of course it involves a long, winding drive from Mirissa to the park and back. Our guide was very nice and showed us a lot of animals on the way. The food we were served was very tasty.

The trip was comfortable, the cab turned up on time...in the safari, the guide showed us many elephants. However, chances of spotting leopards and other wild cats are rare so we dint see any. Packed veg. food provided could have been better.
