This is what all museums should be like, covering the exhibition theme so extensively. All in all, it was a joy to visit this museum!

The museum itself is quite small and very picturesque.
Hosts several expositions - the history of papermaking, papermaking machines and instruments, contempory art (changes - each time something different to see - but connected with paper), describes how paper is (and was made). Education for the kids - fun for adults.
A must for families is taking part in workshops - a few to choose from, but for the children - making their own paper - the old fashioned way - the best experience.
2 years ago - suitable form my 2.5 year-old. Repeated this year (4.5 year old) was also super fun, enjoyed by all the children taking part (2-12 years old) and souvenirs to take home (3 different handmade papers).
Take care - finding out hours for workshops is a good idea as sometimes schools reserve certain hours (phone no on the museum website).

Great place for the whole family. In addition to interesting permanent exhibitions, children can enjoy workshops including hand paper making.
Paper Festival is organised at the last weekend of July. Taking part in it as well as visiting the Museum at that time is free of charge.

We went as family of 5. Children enjoyed the workshop and tried making handmade paper, great hands on experience. The cost for our entry and workshop was 75 zloty which I felt was quite expensive. As English speaking folk, we then paid a further 50 zloty for a guide to show us around the museum. He was very informative and good but over all I felt the visit was quite expensive

Part of a small tour group, we visited this 17th century building to discover the history of papermaking in Poland and had a go at making our own, the old fashioned way. A bit of fun. Lots of rooms with lots of examples of early paper, implements etc.
