Planes, boats, a bus, should you care to drive it, tractors, cars, ambulances, all from WW2 and a little before and after, including a rocket. Well worth the trip, but take a sweater, even in the summer, more in the winter, because the wind comes sweeping in off the North Sea and it cuts you in half.

This museum was a very pleasant surprise, on our trip to Rostock. Three old hangars, previously used by the soviet forces, who built the airport during the cold war (according to signs at the museum, they were built in 1948-51). One hangar was full of east block cars, busses, trucks, motorbikes, policecars and firetrucks, the second full of tanks, planes... More
