It was a pleasant afternoon, the river ride helped provide for a cooler afternoon on the day I arrived. However, you don't see many birds or aquatic life in the heat of the day. We and our children really enjoyed this one. Our kids got to steer the motor boot nad saw lots of interessting stuff, money, cinanom produciont, mangrooves, komorans and much more was a nice trip.

We accidentally saw this place and stopped to try what it could offer to us. Then they explained the trip around some islands and back is about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours for a cost of 2,000 rupees per boat. We are happy to see the islands situated on the Madu river and I would recommend visiting the Buddha temple. Was also interesting to see how cinnamon sticks and powder was freshly made.

Suddenly come across this place when we ride the motorcycle around Sri Lanka, Without any plan we visit this safari. Had a great time. Come across many birds, animals, fishermen and young coconut shops. Got some lovely photos.

A national park that you must visit.boat trips that cost 3000 rupees per person almost 18 euro.you see beautiful nature ,animals,birds,and the cinnamon island that you can buy the best quality cinnamon.

Opted for river cruise. Very good experience. Saw lots of wildlife and especially lots of monitor lizards. Kids also had fun.
