Costa Rica is filled with zip lining companies, but the Congo Trail in Guanacaste was a must. They have an extreme or regular option. Since I went with my 4 year old, we did regular. But, it was still fun for all of us. The guides were great, and we did a number of lines (maybe 11). They had water... More

We went to Congo trail last week to do an ATV tour in the morning and the zip line tour in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and welcoming starting the minute we arrived and got us set up for the ATVs right away. We chose to share an ATV and followed our guide through the streets of Costa Rica... We did the combo of ATV tour and Ziplining. We started off on the 3-hour ATV tour and I didn't want it to end. We went through the countryside, small villages, towns and through rivers, which was unbelievable! We heard mixed reviews about the ATV tours being a little boring and only driving on paved roads and wide, flat dirt... More

Thanks to Kelvin,Mario & -sorry forgot the other guys' name who were very peppy ,funny & extra... More

The Congo Trail zip lines are about 1/2 hour from the Liberia airport but are part of a conservation area so have a great canopy to zip through. It costs $35 for the basic lines and an extra $18 for the superman/tarzan lines. However, the guides will offer to have you zip upside down on one line and will double... More

We had a blast flying above the jungle with the zip-line tours. It was fun and relatively inexpensive. I would recommend it for anyone.

Getting there and booking a tour is not quite so organized and precise as this description sounds. We got there about 15 minutes late because of poor road signs and very bumpy road - don't worry, when you turn onto route 911 it does not look like an actual road - but that was no problem. It seemed like tours... More

We had zipped lined before so this was more about seeing the jungle in the area of Costa Rica that we were staying in, rather than an adrenaline rush. The staff were pleasant and helpful and we felt safe at all times. There were 11 lines and some of them were fairly long and high, but it was also the... More

Extreme zipline was awesome, not for the faint of heart. Tarzan swing almost scared me to death but I was the only one who screamed 🙄. Pollo Grande!!

We loved our zip line tour. Since it was our daughters first time we did the beginning tour. It was still a lot of fun and very exciting. We came in the morning to avoid the heat. Glad we did. There are several water stops along the way. We also purchased the $20 photo package. For that we got around... More
