Historic Church Street Walk
Depending on your interest levels the tour can be as long as two hours, as I weave you through the history of the valley and the centuries of colonial development which came to create Tulabgh. The reconstruction of the street after the earthquake of 1969 will be unpacked in its sociology-political situation to understand why the street was restored as it was. Where possible we will go into some of the houses to understand the development of Cape vernacular architecture from 1745 to 1902.

We went for a tasting and it was delicious. Good quality chocolate and variety. A bit expensive, but what are vacations for?

Again another must to go to. Chocolate to die for, lunch not to bad for a snack type meal, setting relaxed and even an Owl was thrown into the mix.
