The beach is long and diversity. Some say you must have beach shoes to get into the sea, but this is correct just for one part of the beach. There are also totally sandy part of the beach and another part with tiny pebbles on...More

The beach from the side of Ikos hotel (extra luxury resort) is just perfect. The sand, the waters and you can use their sunbeds if you can afford them (lol). Nice and relaxing beach that wasn't overcrouded.

This beach has been devastated by sandfeeding (construction sand!) Resulting in very shallow waters and is packed by beach chairs. Ikos don't want the public there and make it felt. Go to a proper beach elsewhere.

Lovely quiet beach - for me spoilt by the issues with rubbish on all the streets Corfu sort out a recycling plant!

It's better to not waist time on this beach.Very dirty, crowded and noisy. There is a new luxury hotel opend in Dassia and a big part of the beach is just not public but dedicated for hotel guests.

Mid October is extremely quiet, all bars along the seafront close, but still warm during the day but cooler at night ! Corfu Town busy as usual & open all year !! Great if you want a quiet break

The area nearer town can be noisy and further north is much better - it is a long beach, find out where the hotel is.
