Had a great Saturday on this hill which is a short drive from Ottawa centre. Chose this over more challenging skiing areas to get back into the groove. As such, all of our expectations were met. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food from the lodge was good. Fewer runs than other hills in the area. The runs were well-groomed.... More

Hadn't been here in a long while and won't go back anytime soon. Sorry to say this ski hill isn't worth the trek. 1/2 day pass rules with rentals aren't well run as lines can't begin to be served until 15 minutes before ski time starts; very inefficient! Runs are short and chair lifts slow. A perfect place to learn... More

We recently visited Camp Fortune Ski Resort from the United Kingdom on 5th February 2017. We arrived around 12:15 and were told by members of staff that we were able to leave our bags in the general racking as all the lockers were in use, and that these were monitored. All other resort users had too left there bags. We... More

Dear Rachel, We appreciate that you are upset by this experience and have discussed it with you privately. It frustrates us that there is theft on our resort, an issue all urban ski centres with... More

Closest to Ottawa ski hill with short but nice slopes. Snow that we have now (Feb 2017) helps to keep ice away. Tip: choose a day after significant snow fall After a day of skiing enjoy Chelsea close by. Have a pint invert popular Chelsea pub or newly opened Manchester. But the nicest place in Chelsea to relax is the... More

Another great day at this amazing hill. Snow conditions were optimal - it's got a much better consistency and feels like the real thing. No ice, no chunks, just good old fashioned snow. On top of that, the place is well-run, it's not ridiculously difficult or time-consuming to get to, and the staff and clientele are really friendly too. What's... More

Dropped the kids (5 - 8) off for all mountain ski program first week the groups were put together within about 5 minutes and the groups were off and skiing. Were able to access the cross country ski trails of the Gatineau park right from the same parking lot. After our cross ountry ski the kids were waiting after their... More

A nice, small little ski area, only 15minutes from downtown Ottawa. Worth a visit. Probably a half day lift pass is sufficient as the there are limited runs. Great for beginners.

I got a Groupon for the 3-hour zip lining adventure, and my boyfriend and I had a lot of fun. The obstacle course is tricky and you will need some upper body strength. The staff were very friendly and helped us along the way.

My wife and I a\have been through the ziplining installations. Even if challenging in some obstacles, it remains safe and secure for all. If you have never tried, this is a must do. Note that it requires a minimum of strength and endurance to pass all obstacles and wires.

This is something everyone who visits Ottawa should have a go at. We only discovered it by word of mouth as it is not on the tourist radar at all. The big downside for out-of-town tourists is that you will need a hire car to get to the camp. We took an Uber cab out there and were lucky enough... More
