Fantastic Spa experience. Little did I know what to expect. Several types of sauna including finnish and russian sauna, floating saltwater pool, big warm pool next to a bar and wood fired pizza at premises. Every staff member was very friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our experience very much. The restaurant good was very good and moderately priced. We will definitely return My only complaint is that we were told we could not wear our personal robes. We had to rent them there. However we did see a number of people wearing their own robes. That was an extra cost of $25 for 2 people…

The Cons: -Price seemed high for what we got -Facility felt very large and difficult to navigate -Robes did not fit well and felt low quality -Wayyyyy too many people. Purchased 2 tickets for me and my girlfriend to enjoy the Spa and get individual messages. No one in the ENTIRE establishment is able to provide us with accurate Insurance Receipts for our massages. I was told someone would call me and no one ever has. I spent hours on hold on the phone trying to reach someone. Not able to. I live over 3 hours away by car and can not go in person. Extremely dissatisfied. Running after an insurance receipt has caused me more grief and stress than I possibly had before my Spa day. I'm so disheartened.…
