Amazing experience with FRAM. We arranged everything through WhatsApp with Solange and she made it all so easy. The car was then delivered to our Air BnB so didn’t need to try and get anywhere. The car was a Kia Rio in perfect condition and they provided us with a car seat for our toddler free of charge. The process of getting the paperwork and payment done was simple and we felt at ease the whole way through.
Once our hire was up, Solange came and picked the car back up from our accommodation. The feeling we got from FRAM was that they wanted us to enjoy St Lucia and see as much as we could - excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will be using them again if we return to the island. Thanks so much, Solange and team.

We hired a car online and had it dropped off at our hotel at Cap Maison (north on the island).
Initially there was an issue with the credit card machine, so from a morning drop off it became an afternoon drop off.
Throughout the process Solange kept in contact with us and updated us with how the problem was being rectified.
We had the car for 3 days and on our last day we contacted them and were able to extend for another 3 days, no problems.
Overall the communication was excellent and the service the best we had on the island and that’s saying something as the St Lucian people are amazing.
You cannot go wrong with renting a car from Fram Island Car Rental, two thumbs up.

This was the most convenient company I dealt with for car rental than another country. Quick reply quick set up, communication was great and so was the customer service. Dropped off and picked up from hotel. Couldn't of asked for anything else they ticked all the boxes, the car was perfect, air conditioning was a life saver.

Absolute top class car rental company. If you are thinking to rent a car in Saint Lucia your search is over. I dealt with Solange and she was very professional, warm and helpful. They even brought/collected the car directly to my hotel. Highly recommended! Thanks for making my holiday in Saint Lucia a dream!
