We've hiked with Scriber twice (2013 and 2017) on Montserrat, and each time he was a wonderful guide. He knows the flora and fauna very well, and he works hard to call in birds and find other wildlife. He is an accommodating and encouraging hike...More
We have been on several hikes with Scriber and have found him to be an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable about the natural history of the island and especially knowledgeable about birds and plants. What really separates Scriber from your average, very good guide,...More
I’m a bit late with my reviews, time got away from me… My wife and I were on the Star Legend , Windstar Cruse from January 28 - February 4, 2017. I didn't plan any tours from the cruise, instead booked my own since I...More

Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Montserrat's wildlife. We went into the rainforest several times and Scriber's knowledge of the island is second to none. Orioles, hummingbirds, tarantulas - whatever floats your boat, Scriber can find it for you!
Scriber comes highly recommended and there is real reason for that. He is truly welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. We went on a 3-hour hike and learned a great deal about the plants, animals, and birds in the area. He took time to talk about...More
James Daley was a great tour guild and a nice man. A way to have a private tour with someone who had lived though the eruption and the on going recovery. Personal pickup on the pier and more resonable than a cruise tour.
