I went, with my niece, to do the zip lines.
We started at the booking office, where we were fitted with harnesses and equipment for the course. There is a low level training area to familiarise the people taking part - where everything is explained clearly and everyone gets the opportunity to do two zip lines to give confidence in the equipment.

We were transported to the zip course. There are 9 individual zip wires, starting around 45m above ground level. Starting with quite a steep climb up a rope ladder, the course is well laid out and a lot of fun.
The final 110m line back across the river is exhilarating and over way too fast. What a total blast!!

All the staff are friendly, professional, and ready to help and reassure where needed.
Photos were available afterwards, which gave us lasting reminder of a great experience.

A brilliant visit with work friends and family for a charity bungee jump and zip line. From the point of enquiry right through to the end of our visit all of the staff were friendly, reassuring and patient.

The jump itself was incredible, I felt really safe and reassured throughout and the scenery is beautiful which definitely helps when you’re hanging upside down from a bridge.

There is a nice cafe and pedestrian paths near the activities which was great as it meant friends and family could come along to watch.

Enjoyed the Zip Park with some friends at the end of Feb - loved it! Loz and team were great at explaining how to use the park and helped a friend who was a tad on the nervy side.
Brilliant set up and could be enjoyed by all age groups, will be back.
Have previously done the bungee swing which is also great fun, so could easy recommend that too.

We were visiting the area along with friends and decided to book here for the tree top zip line course. Half of our group had never done or experienced anything like this before so we were a bit nervous about what to expect and how safe it would be! There were 4 of us and 3 kids under the age of 11.

From the very start Doug and Jamie were really helpful, reassuring and put our nerves at ease quickly. After an introduction about the course, safety, briefing and a trial of how the system works we headed out to the first zip line.

When up on the first tree I thought to myself what am I doing here!! But with Doug and Jamie always really close by and giving encouragement and re assurance I quickly started to enjoy the course….we all had a fabulous time and my son said it’s the best thing he has ever done…..so much so he wants us to book it again.

The course is quite high up and the zip lines are long and fast but at no time did I feel unsafe in the hands of our instructors. Not only were the guys very professional but just as importantly very friendly, easy going and very approachable. This alone would make me book again!

Plenty of time was given to go round the course and no pressure whatsoever to go any quicker than everyone felt comfortable with. Doug and Jamie also took lots of pictures of us throughout the morning which available to view and purchase really cheaply afterwards.

If your thinking of booking this, 100% go for it, you will not regret it.

Thank you for a really enjoyable day in a beautiful location and we all can’t wait to visit again!!!! Don’t know whether I could ever do the bungee though!!

Many thanks

Stephen

Zipwire: Whoa this was fantastic, there was a group of 12 of us, ranging in age from 15 yr old to 76 yr old. Absolutely loved it, stunning views set above the River Garry in the stunning valley of Killiecrankie. You start with a brief induction/training at Killiecrankie Visitor Centre, giving you a brief overview of the of the harness /magnetic clips. Thereafter you're transported down to the course via Minibus. The course starts with a 20ft Ladder Climb to the 1st Platform, which leads to a series of 9 zip lines which will take you zipping in a large circuit from tree to tree & across the River Garry at heights of up to 35 meters. The two lines that cross the River are without doubt the highlight of the course.
Special mention to the the girls operating the zips were very professional and friendly.

Done the highland swing recently it was a good experience, however I was very disappointed to learn I wasn't allowed to video my friends when they done their jump, despite seeing videos online of different angles that people has taken of their friends - so unsure if this is a new thing? Instead we had to pay £35 per person for our videos and the angles were not the best, and that is a lot of money on top of the cost for the swing already.

We had wanted to go back for the bungee jump however not being allowed to take my own video puts me off. For £35 I was disappointed in the angle and quality of the video I had gotten as it doesn't really show the swing, and I had to wait over a week to get said video. For pictures it was an extra £20. I am all for them making money however £55 for photos and videos is a bit much on-top of the cost of the swing.

It also does not state on their website you are not allowed to take your own videos.

Thank you for your review and we are glad to hear you enjoyed the swing. With regards to taking phones on the bungee deck, during the sign-in process, you are required to read and sign our disclaimer and safety notice which requires anything loose in your pockets to be removed including wallets, keys, phones etc. This is for the safety of others as if you drop your phone onto a jumper below you will likely cause severe injury. Our insurance policy is very strict and we do not take any risks and cannot make any acceptions when it comes to our customers. Any videos taken from the bridge will have been taken by a staff member or someone wearing a GoPro. The no loose item policy has been in place since we first opened in 2011 and hasn't changed. With regards to our photo and video package for any extreme sport such as skydiving or bungee jumping our packages are fairly well priced in comparison for what you receive. As with your group, the video was viewed in the office after your swing so you can decide before purchasing so if you don't like it, you don't need to buy it. The photos are £25, full edited multi-camera edit is £35 or £50 for the photo and video package - saving you £10. These packages are optional and spectators are free to video the jump from below on their own devices. You are also welcome to wear your own GoPro granted you sign our camera disclaimer to assure it is worn with an attachment and not disconnected or transferred between customers while on the bridge. If you decide to do a bungee jump with us in the future please feel free to bring a GoPro with an attachment to use or if you bring any spectators they can film from under the bridge.

My son (aged nearly 11) did the highland swing. Having established I didn't need to do it with him I booked him on for 2 jumps. He had a fantastic time. The team took him off up into the bridge, leaving us at the bottom to watch. He said they took great care of him and he felt very at ease. He clearly loved the whole experience. The actual swing takes less than a minute (it takes longer to get winched back up) so the 2 jump package was worth it - once you're up there you might as well......

He clearly has designs on the full bungee once he's 14. Thanks for a fun morning.

We did the zipline park at Killiecrankie and it was awesome.

The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and fun. One of our group was a bit hesitant but the instructors were brilliant and they went on to complete (and love) the whole course.

There are 9 ziplines of various lengths and are varied enough to keep everyone interested.

Our 8 year old son took part and he managed all the safety processes by himself, which shows how easy everything is made.

If you're anywhere in the area, this really is unmissable. We'll be back for sure!

We booked the zip wire trip with the family and were not disappointed. Although the weather was wet and rainy (we are in Scotland after all!) it didn’t stop the nice views, the enthusiasm of the instructors and the over all experience being fab. The guys (Jamie, Doug and Fergus) were all friendly and fun while being knowledgeable about the course and making sure safety and the procedures were followed correctly. The course itself is well maintained, fool proof and easy to work through. Definitely recommend this for something different and would say a huge part of the enjoyment was down to the instructors and the obvious fun and enthusiasm they have for the job. Would certainly do this again! Thanks :)

We Did the zip park it was a bit more complicated than we were expecting, we thought the guide would have attached us to the lines and off we go..... however you carry the hooks and trolley etc yourself and move these on & off the lines at each point, 9 in total.
We did have tuition first back at the check in point and a practice run on some zip lines in the car park which between this and getting kitted up it took around an hour before we got on the bus to go to the start point. It started with a climb up a rope ladder and this first platform is one of the highest, roughly same height as the bungee platform. It was too much for our 11 year old she didnt go any further. If you are afraid of heights at all or not very confident with the equipment i wouldnt even attempt this activity. However the rest of us who managed it had a great time and loved it in the end. You zip across the river at 2 points and the organisers take photos of the last line which is one of the longest, you can purchase these at the end. When you get back to the check in point you can view all of your pictures on their big screens and there is plenty merchandise to buy. Great wee afternoon, lasted few hours and good fun
