Lost Évora tour

Beatiful and interesting tour, very well explained and represented. Not the casual and touristic type off tour, a lot of more detailed and structured information about the real city of Évora. I would defenetly recommend it too anyone who truly wants to know the heart and soul off the middle off Portugal.

A nice look at Evora

We took the Lost Evora tour with Andre a couple weeks ago. Andre provided an enthusiastic and interesting walking tour of Evora. We enjoyed the visit with him immensely!

Fascinating insight into production of marble

Having read about the "marble towns" of the Alentejo, and thought a tour would be interesting, so we searched extensively on the Internet, finally finding Rota Tons de Marmore
We emailed late at night regarding the possibility of a tour the next morning, and got an immediate response.
Meeting Luis, outside the Town Hall in Borba, he guided us in our own car, first to a marble quarry, then the marble processing factory and finally an example of the use of the marble, in the main fountain in Borba. Luis is a wonderful and informative guide, and in addition to explaining the process of marble production, pointed us to many highlights in the surrounding towns of Vila Vicosa and Estramoz.
Highly recommended as a complement to tours of the towns, churches and museums.

Évora walking tour

Just completed our walking tour of Évora our guide Andre was fantastic brought the history of the city alive would strongly recommend this is must do if visiting Évora

The hidden Evora

Wonderful interesting tour through what Evora hide beneath its surface. An amazing walking through what is evident, what is hidden and what is the result of the historical stratification. Thanks to Andre who allowed us to enjoy this experience.
