The port has got high historical importance and need to be maintained well. But ,it seems it is being neglected. Anyway, the fort area is very beautiful and even if the port itself is in shambles, nevertheless ,it attracts a large number of tourists

I climbed only halfway but this fort is really something locals advise the way is slippery and its true be careful on way down. you only have to climb the stairs up the hill.
