You cannot use the washroom without making a purchase. At least that is what the rude individual behind the counter told me as I proceeded to leave.
There is no sign on the door that would warn individuals of this policy, and the sign near the washroom points to the restroom “for customers.”
There doesn’t seem to be a more vital policy I place, however, that you need to wear a mask to enter.

If you do not want to interact with the public, you should not work there. The older lady behind the counter was beyond Not friendly.
Bad experience for Canadians and Americans.
Have not run into this type of rudeness in years.
