Los Cangilones is a must-see. Firstly, just as a structure it's amazing to see how the water has carved out the rock. Secondly, the water is absolutely perfect temperature. I've never been more comfortable. It's so much fun to jump in and swim around. The...More

Jumping off the cliffs, swimming through the channel and jumping again and again. We all had a great time! Super way to cool off!

I took my kids here while we were visiting Boquete. It's a little off the beaten path, but worth looking for. The kids jumped into the canyon and swam down the river several times, and even played with local kids who were swimming there. Even...More

Very atractive spot along the river. Great for a swim or just relaxing in the shadow. Dont come during.weekend - too many people around! And they also charge parking fee at that time.

Each year I pass by here at least once, and take in the scenery... I don't swim here anymore as the thrill has worn off... plus you do need to be a decent swimmer to swim down in the ravine... a great natural wonder if...More

We went to Los Cangilones with Beyond Adventure Tours and had an awesome experience with our guide Rolando. The river runs through these beautiful natural channels carved in the land by the lava that once flowed in the area. It is an incredible site to...More
