Alvord Hot springs is a long way from anywhere, which based on it's size is probably a good ting. A spectacular location, owners are friendly, the springs are small 2 concrete pools about 10' square more than 6 or 8 people in each and things...More

Quiet and awesome views of the Alvord Playa. What more could you ask for in a hot springs soak? I soaked four days in a row and 3 of those days I had the place to myself.

My wife and I had a nice chat with the man who owns/runs the springs. Parked my 30 ft. trailer there and he was nice enough to give us power and internet for no extra cost ($25 included everything). He's a bit "rustic" as are...More

I stopped by the Alvord Hot Springs with my teen daughter and didn't like the experience at all. The person working there was drunk (red-faced and smell of alcohol in the office) which my daughter commented on. He was also YELLING at us as we...More
